New password using biometrics

It is easy to forget your app password if you always open the app via facial recognition or fingerprint (biometrics). As long as the biometric access works, you can easily assign a new password – even without knowing the old one: Open the
App Sparkasse → Profile → Settings → Security → Change password

Find out your login name
In the App Sparkasse, you can see your login name under Profile > Settings > Manage account credentials > Select account.
